Now they're here! Our four most popular dishes have been given a name; Scandic Classics. The dishes will be served at all our hotels in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
There's nothing wrong in trying something new, but few things beat the feeling of a well made classic. That's why we put so much love into our top four dishes. No matter which hotel you visit, you should always be able to enjoy the same great taste and fresh ingredients.

Grilled steak with slow-baked cherry tomatoes and Café de Paris butter. Served with butter fried potatoes tossed with rocket and sea salt. Optional: Mini Caesar salad, wasabi corn, haricot vert, béarnaise, pepper or red wine sauce

The ingredients say it all; light and fluffy chocolate mousse, white mascarpone mousse, meringue and biscotti pieces, strawberries and bananas. When you’re done, chances are you'll order another one!
