Top floor: 48-hour room guarantee
A unique benefit for Top floor members. You will always be given a room if you book more than 48 hours in advance. You can book direct with the hotel or through Scandic Reservation and Customer Service. Bookings must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking. You can use the 48-hour guarantee for one room and only when you yourself will be staying in the room. Local exceptions to the 48-hour guarantee may occur at some hotels during major events in the area.

Note that Corporate and Bonus Cheque rates do not apply when you book using your 48-hour room guarantee. However, you can use a Bonus Cheque as part payment and pay the rest separately. You cannot use the 48-hour guarantee when booking a free night.
3rd floor, Top floor: Book free nights on any day
Free nights apply for two people and children under 13 years in a shared standard double room. A large breakfast for everyone is always included.
3rd and Top floor members have the benefit of no dates being excluded. You can book a free night at any time, as long as the hotel has standard rooms available, of course. 1st and 2nd floor members can take out their free nights practically all year round. However, there may be some exceptions in conjunction with trade fairs and other major local events.
