At the Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz hotel we offer great meeting and conference facilities with 20 meeting venues, a creative Think Tank room for up to 10 people, and a spacious ball room - all in central Berlin.

We'll help you make all the arrangements for a successful meeting or conference, from meals and refreshments to fun activities. Your meeting food has been specially composed by top chef Jamie Oliver in order to provide energy all day long.

In addition to our 20 meeting venues, we have a special Think Tank room at the hotel. The Think Tank fits 10 people and has been created to inspire and offer a flexible meeting experience. You can also choose our ball room for you arrangement. The ball room is 527 sqm and an ideal space for larger conferences, events and exhibitions. The ball room can be divided into three smaller rooms.

All our meeting rooms are air conditioned and provide the latest technology and equipment, from paper and pens to projectors.
