Public areas and reception

We know that disabilities vary from person to person. We would therefore like to explain how the public areas and reception are laid out at this particular hotel.
 
Reception:
You have clear access from reception to the entrance and lifts
One part of the counter has been lowered so that you will have better access from a wheelchair
Reception has walking stick holders and a hearing loop
You can borrow a vibrating alarm clock/fire alarm
Seating is available close to the reception
Lifts and stairs:
The hotel has at least one accessible lift with an open door width of 80 cm
Lift doors can be opened automatically
Both external and internal lift buttons are reachable from a wheelchair
The control panel inside the lift has buttons marked in Braille
There is no voice announcement of the floors or the direction of travel
Public toilets:
There are 2 accessible bathrooms available in the hotel’s public area
The bathroom door is accessible from a wheelchair and is at least 80 cm wide
There are foldable armrests by the toilet
The wash basin has a minimum height of 78 cm
There is space under the wash basin to ensure it's accessible with a wheelchair
There is a handrail on the inside of bathroom doors that open outwards
Hooks are reachable from a wheelchair
Emergency alarm is available in the bathroom
Other:
The corridors in the hotel are accessible by wheelchair
There is a clear passage to the hotel's shop by wheelchair
The hotel can offer at least one computer station that is accessible for wheelchair users
Guide dogs are always allowed in the hotel
