V is situated on the ground floor of the hotel, with large windows overlooking the area of Vulkan. 'V - kitchen, bar and workshop' is a meeting place from morning till evening where you can get a casual experience with honest and pure flavours. During lunch, you can try one of our lunch platters and in the evening we offer a 3 course dinner or today's special, where you can choose between traditional Norwegian food. V is a modern restaurant and bar with a casual atmosphere and colourful details.
