Together with Jamie Oliver, we've developed a new meeting concept that we call Green Creative Energy. Upon arrival, you'll immediately notice that something is different, and during the day different surprises appear when you least expect them!

At Scandic, we offer energy boosts in the form of exciting flavour combinations as part of our morning, lunch and afternoon buffets. Other energy boosts include flexible breaks and effective technology. Background sound such as birdsong is available in our Feng Shui-inspired Think Tank meeting rooms. Alongside our focus on commitment and results, sustainability is a key feature of your meetings with us – from ecolabelled meeting materials and Scandic's own table water to our overarching environmental work.

Conscious meeting

A conscious meeting is largely about the respectful use of resources. That’s why we provide jugs of iced water instead of bottled. We also have ecolabelled meeting materials such as Swan ecolabelled pens and paper and washable board erasers. And we serve organic, fairly traded coffee on our refreshment buffets. You also have the option of ordering organic food for your participants.

If you want to, there is more you can do to make your meeting more sustainable: make your travel to our hotel eco-friendly, make environmental choices about the materials used in the meeting and prioritise digital meeting documentation for participants. Use our environmental calculator to work out how much you can reduce the environmental impact of your meeting by holding it with us.
