It should be easy to have a meeting at Scandic. That's why we have put together the most important features for your meeting or conference and packaged them into a number of offers. This means that you can easily calculate what the meeting or conference will cost. Because you know what you're getting from us, you can focus on preparing the content of the meeting. The packages also make it easier to book, as all you need to tell us is the number of meeting participants and any special requirements. The meeting packages apply for meetings and conferences for 10 or more people.
Our day package
Our day package is a quick way to achieve results in a day. It's available at all Scandics and includes:
- Meeting room with essential equipment
- LCD projector
- Internet connection in meeting rooms and public areas
- Coffee, tea, iced water and dried fruit outside the meeting room
- Morning refreshment buffet
- Lunch buffet with Soup & Deli starter buffet incl. soft drink and coffee/tea
- Taste Break – our afternoon refreshment buffet

Our 24-hour package
Our 24-hour package is an effective way to combine a meeting with a good night's sleep. It's available at all Scandic hotels and includes:
- Meeting room with essential equipment
- LCD projector
- Internet connection in meeting rooms and public areas
- Coffee, tea, iced water and dried fruit throughout the day
- Morning refreshments buffet
- Lunch buffet with Soup & Deli starter buffet incl. soft drink and coffee/tea
- Taste Break – our afternoon refreshment buffet
- 2-course dinner incl. coffee/tea
- One night in a single or double room incl. breakfas buffet

Our evening package
Now it is just as easy to arrange meetings with us after 6pm as during the day. If you can have your meeting in the evening, we offer a great price.
Our evening package is available at Scandic hotels in Sweden and Denmark and includes:
- Meeting room with essential equipment
- LCD projector
- Internet connection in meeting rooms and public areas
- Coffee, tea, iced water and fruit
- Light refreshments
Price example: Scandic city centre hotel from SEK 191 per person, and outside city centre hotel from SEK 136 per person.
Add activities to the meeting
The different locations of our hotels offer a range of opportunities for adding local extracurricular activities. You can choose anything from lectures and drink tasting at the hotel to teambuilding and entertainment in the local area.
