Change or cancel a reservation - common questions

 

Can I cancel a reservation online?
Yes, if you made your reservation online and the rate booked allows this.
 
You have to retrieve your reservation in the "Change or cancel a booking" navigation section. You can find the link in the booking module. You must supply your reservation/confirmation number and surname in order to retrieve your reservation. Here you can choose to change or delete your booking by selecting the modify or cancel option. Please read the terms and conditions of booking prior to modification or cancellation.
 
Can I change my reservation online from Bonus Cheque to Early or any other rate?
You can never change rate type of an existing reservation. But you can change arrival date and length of stay if you made your reservation online and the rate booked allows that.
 
Can I change arrival or departure date on my reservation?
Yes, you can always change arrival or departure depending on availability if you made your reservation online and the rate booked allows that.
 
Can I change name on my reservation?
Yes, if you made your reservation online you can always change the name.
 
Can I change the hotel on my reservation?
You can never change the hotel on an existing reservation. But you can change arrival date and length of stay if you made your reservation online and the rate booked allows that.
