Do all Scandic hotels have family rooms?
Is my child's stay included in my quoted price?
We want to make a reservation for the whole family - two adults and one child. There is availability for two adults but this disappears when we add our child onto the booking form, why is this?
Our family of two adults and two teenagers are going to stay at Scandic, do we pay full price for our childen as they are over 13?
Do all Scandic hotels have family rooms?
Most hotels have the option of adding one or two extra beds in specified rooms. Some hotels also offer dedicated family rooms. Always contact your chosen hotel directly to confirm the availablilty of these rooms

Is my child's stay included in my quoted rate?
Children up to the age of 13 stay in their parents' room at no extra charge*. An extra bed can be supplied at no additional cost subject to availability.
*Does not apply at Scandic Luosto in Finland.

We want to make a booking for the whole family - two adults and one child. There is availablity for two adults but this disappears when we add our child onto the booking form, why is this?
Unfortunately we can’t currently confirm the availablity of extra beds online. Please contact the hotel you wish to stay at to find out if extra beds are available

Our family of two adults and two teenagers are going to stay at Scandic, do we pay full price for our children as they are over 13?
Teenagers who travel with their parents can get their own room at a discounted rate if there is availability upon arrival. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to book rooms for teenagers online. Please call the hotel you wish to stay at if you wish to confirm the availability of extra rooms or ask upon arrival.
