All the hotels in the city I want to book a hotel in are full, is there a waiting list I can put my name down on so I can be contacted if there is any availability?
 
 
I am travelling by car, where do I find driving directions to the hotel?
Most of our hotels have travel directions on their homepage under the "Location" tab. There you also have the possibility to search for driving instructions via Google maps.
 
Can I bring my dog to Scandic?
Our hotels have different policies concerning pets. Please contact the hotel you are planning to stay at and find out which rules apply there.
 
No, unfortunately Scandic doesn't offer a waiting list. However, you can contact the hotel directly and find out if they have any cancellations.
 
Who is Sigge?
Sigge is the children's mascot here at Scandic. He makes sure every child receives a surprise gift at check-in and assures there is a playroom at every hotel in which he appears.
