What are the conditions for your different price categories?
EARLY - Book your Scandic hotel room in advance to enjoy our very best deals. You'll need to book at least 7 days before arrival and pay for the entire stay upon confirmation. Reservations cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.
 
FLEX - Choose this rate if flexability is your number one priority and you like to book last minute. There is no need to book your Scandic hotel in advance or leave a deposit. Bookings can be cancelled up until 6pm on the day of arrival no penalties incurred.
 
BONUS CHEQUE - Only valid for customers with prepaid Bonus Cheques. A booklet of 12 Cheques can be purchased at the hotel. Supplements are applicable at certain hotels and must be paid at the hotel. Cheques are collected at check-in. Buffet breakfast incl. The listed rate includes the value of one cheque.

What is a special booking code?
A code that must be supplied in order to obtain a special offer.
 
Where do I find the booking code/promotion code for Gift Vouchers/Partner Cheques?
From March 08 the booking code will be printed on the cheque.
 
What is a Bonus Cheque?

Is a Bonus Cheque valid at all hotels?
Yes, at all Scandic hotels, but some hotels incur an additional cost.
