You can use Internet Explorer 6 and 7 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and 2.0. We are currently developing the site to support other browser versions.
 
How can I find a specific hotel's homepage?
Find your hotel by searching on the map under the "Our hotels" tab. You can also search directly in the booking module by entering the hotel name or destination, or use the short URL functionality by typing in the name of the hotel after the scandic URL: www.scandichotels.com/hotelname.
 
How accurate is the information contained on this site?
We carefully check the information on scandichotels.com to ensure it is accurate. However, the information and prices shown may have changed by the time you come to book because, regrettably, errors do occur. On occasion, certain facilities or amenities such as swimming pools or restaurants may not be open or available due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions, insufficient demand or other reasons beyond our control.
 
Is this a secure site? Are my credit card details safe?
