Food for thought?

Actually, there’s more truth to the expression than you might think. Your brain likes to eat – simple as that. And it prefers powerful fuel, like quality fats and antioxidants. The better we eat, the better we perform. That’s why we introduce our new food concept, Better food, where every meal is tailored to meet the needs of your unique meeting.

So, if you’re planning a creative meeting, adding some colourful greens can be a very good idea. Did you know that an avocado fruit, apart from being a tasty addition to your lunch plate, is loaded with vitamins, protein and heart-healthy fats? Studies have consistently shown that monounsaturated fats help blood circulate better, which is essential for optimal brain function.

Another dish that helps you stay alert and on top of things is salmon. Why? Because it’s rich in Omega-3 – fatty acids that boost brainpower, partly by improving your memory and reaction time. Today, some of us realize our parents were on to something when they told us to eat more fish (salmon in particular).

What many of us did eat as kids, and should keep on eating, is chocolate (that’s right, eating healthy is not boring!). Chocolate has just the right amount of caffeine and it’s stuffed with antioxidants, that benefit the body by neutralizing and removing the free radicals from the bloodstream.
