We have great ambitions for Hotel Norge by Scandic, and only the best is good enough. As a previous gold winner of Bocuse d’Or, the unofficial world championship in cooking, master chef Ørjan Johannessen is responsible for creating our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as our chef advisor.

Together with our head chef Tore Espenes and our skilful team of chefs, he aims to bring you exceptional culinary experiences. They serve the best ingredients Norway and western Norway have to offer, combining them with international flavours and techniques.

We offer 3 floors of exciting bars and restaurants, inviting you to an open and lively meeting place for our hotel guests and city locals. If you want a ‘Grab & Go’ breakfast from Café Nero, some snacks with a drink in our bar, The Lobby, or dinner with good friends in our restaurant Nova, Ørjan Johannessen together with Tore Espenes and his skilful team of chefs will bring you experiences with flavours of the world.
