Gallionen Restaurant is our hotel’s largest restaurant. Here we serve our award-winning breakfast, and our delicious lunch buffet for groups, companies and celebrations.
Our famous themed events, such as Lofotaften (dedicated to the Lofoten area in northern Norway), Viltaften (dedicated to game animals) and Sjømataften (dedicated to seafood), take place in Gallionen Restaurant.

Our award-winning breakfast includes everything you could wish for in your ideal breakfast. Every morning, our omelette chef is ready to make everything from poached eggs to freshly made ‘lapper’ (similar to pancakes). If you want a freshly prepared smoothie or fruit shot, you just have to ask. Local ingredients are our focus, and we offer products such as herring from Kyvik, salmon from Espeaer and Skakkelaks, jam from Tveit Gaard, syrup from Lie Gaard and organic honey from Snill Bie at Bomlo.
