Ældre Sagen is an unpolitical organisation with more than 800.000 members in Denmark. Scandic has a marketing and sales co-operation with LIC in Denmark. We offer their members a discount when staying in our hotels.
Edderkoppen Theatre is situated in the same building as Scandic Edderkoppen, making it a natural partner, offering our guests experiences and entertainment when they stay at Scandic.
Innovation Norway is a national organisation responsible for marketing Norway as a tourist destination in all markets. Scandic is actively involved in this work as a partner in various projects to promote tourism.
Junibacken is a house full of stories, laughter, familiar figures- and mischief. The Story Train is a central feature to Junibacken, with its journey through the fabulous stories of Astrid Lindgren, but you will also meet many other famous figures such as Alfie Atkins, Festus and Mercury and Mulle Meck. Being partner with Junibacken gives us the opportunity to offer guests who travel with children a greater experience when staying at a Scandic in Stockholm.
Lantmännen is one of the largest companies in the Nordic region in the fields of food, energy and agriculture. Scandic works with Lantmännen and its credit and discount card Agrolkortet. We are able to communicate offers through their monthly invoices and website. Scandic has also created meals specially for sportspeople together with Lantmännen AXA.
LEGOLAND is a world famous tourist attraction situated in Jutland. Scandic has since many years a close co-operation with LEGOLAND. We promote packages with hotel stays and tickets to LEGOLAND.
LIC is a Danish/Swedish member owned, financial organisation with the objective to provide their members with special offers on a number of goods and services. The organisation was founded in 1952. Today the it has more than 285.000 members. Scandic has a marketing and sales co-operation with LIC in Denmark. We offer their members a discount when staying in our hotels.
Mecenat AB makes life easier for students by providing discounts and benefits that are of use to them during their studies. Mecenat AB issues the student ID card Mecenatkortet in partnership with Sweden's student unions. The Mecenatkortet card is free of charge to both students and student unions each term. Scandic offers accommodation at student rates for the target group, a valid Mecenat card must be shown at check-in.
The Stadium concept started to germinate in 1974 and now there are around 100 Stadium stores in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We are involved in the Stadium Sports Camp, a nationwide sports camp for young people aged 11–14. We are also looking into other ways for us to expand our partnership.
Stockholm Visitors Board
The task of Stockholm Visitors Board AB is to pool resources locally from the public and private sector and coordinate the marketing of Stockholm under the joint brand "Stockholm – the Capital of Scandinavia". Stockholm Visitors Board works within the four business areas: Private Travel, Meetings & Congresses, Events, Tourist Service and MD Staff. It carries out over 100 marketing projects in Sweden and in 15 foreign markets every year, in partnership with the tourism industry. Scandic carries out workshops and trade fairs together with Stockholm Visitors Board.
Scandic offers Stockmann's loyal customers seasonal rates on hotel rooms. The Stockmann card is also accepted as a method of payment at all our hotels in Finland.
The ICA Group
The ICA Group is one of the Nordic region's leading supermarket chains with around 2,300 of its own and franchised stores in Sweden, Norway and the Baltic. Scandic works in close partnership with ICA and the ICA card, through which Scandic provides unique offers for members.
Scandic is exclusive partner within the hotel industry with rights to use their tickets, as well as for having our booking module and exposure on Ticketmaster sites in the Nordic Countries (ticketmaster.se, ticketmaster.fi, ticketmaster.dk and ticketmaster.no).
Tivoli is a world famous tourist attraction situated in heart of Copenhagen. Scandic has since many years a close co-operation with Tivoli. We promote packages with hotel stays and tickets to Tivoli.
TusenFryd is one of Norway's largest amusement parks, with around 500,000 visitors every year. The park has 33 different attractions. Scandic works with TusenFryd to offer our guests extra excitement on their holiday.
VisitDenmark is a national organisation responsible for marketing Denmark as a tourist destination in all markets. Scandic is actively involved in this work as a partner in various projects to promote tourism.
VisitFinland is a national organisation responsible for marketing Finland as a tourist destination in all markets. Scandic is actively involved in this work as a partner in various projects to promote tourism.
VisitOslo is an organisation responsible for marketing tourism in and around the capital. VisitOslo manages the work of promoting and positioning the Oslo region as a destination. Scandic in Oslo works with VisitOslo on various sales and marketing events.
VisitSweden is a national organisation responsible for marketing Sweden to the world. It seeks to generate interest in Swedish holiday experiences and increase the profile of Sweden. Its objective is to increase the number of visitors to Sweden and so improve business opportunities for the tourism industry. Scandic carries out workshops, trade fairs, advertising campaigns and other marketing activities together with VisitSweden.
Wallmans Nöjen AB
Wallmans Nöjen is one of Sweden's leading showbiz establishments.
They were the first in Sweden to introduce the successful concept of waiters and waitresses also providing the on-stage entertainment. Wallmans also have Dinnershow restaurants in Copenhagen and Oslo. Scandic co-operates with Wallmans Nöjen, who gives us the opportunity to offer entertainment to our guests in the Nordic.
Wonderful Copenhagen is a cooperation and networking organisation for various partners within the tourist trade. Scandic has a marketing and sales co-operation with WOCO. And participates in campaigns on external markets promoting Copenhagen towards international leisure/Mice travellers.
