More than just accommodation


Avis has 5,000 rental offices in over 170 countries. Avis has been in Sweden since 1966 and now has 90 or so offices providing personal service at about 70 locations around the country.


Europcar offers 220,000 vehicles at over 2,400 locations in 96 countries. In Sweden, Europcar has about 4,000 vehicles spread across 92 offices.


FinnairPlus members receive points on stays at all Scandic hotels. Their points can also be used for free nights at any of our hotels.

Malmö Aviation

Malmö Aviation flies from Malmö, Gothenburg and Umeå to Stockholm Bromma. The company has over 1 million passengers a year. Scandic gives members of Malmö Aviation's bonus programme points when they stay at Scandic. We also carry out marketing activities together.


Molslinien - an express ferry between Sealand and Jutland - has five ferries and transports more than 1 mio cars a year. Scandic offers dicount on the ferry ticket for individual leisure travellers when staying at our hotels in either Denmark or Sweden. We offer the package to our guests and with special offers to members of our frequent guest programme.


NAF, the Norwegian Automobile Association, is governed by its members, through the executive board. NAF has 75 local branches and 490,000 members. NAF and Scandic have enjoyed a long partnership, due to shared values and a common target group. NAF is a strategic partner for the sale of weekend stays and holidays.


Norwegian is a public low-cost airline and the second largest airline in Scandinavia, and has a route portfolio that stretches across Europe into North Africa and the Middle East. By the end of March 2009, Norwegian operated 43 aircraft on 186 routes to 82 destinations. Norwegian will receive a total of 58 new state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 aircraft in the period 2009- 2014, providing the company with one of the most modern, efficient and environmentally friendly fleets in commercial operation.

Parks & Resorts

Parks & Resorts runs Gröna Lund amusement park, Skara Sommarland water park, Furuviksparken zoo and amusement park and Kolmården Zoo. Scandic has a close marketing and sales partnership with all three attractions.


SAS is the leading airline group in Northern Europe. As a SAS EuroBonus member you earn 500 extra EuroBonus points per night at all Scandic hotels. Show your EuroBonus card when you check-in at the hotel. The points can be used to book a free night at all Scandic hotels. Please note that it is not possible to earn both EuroBonus points and Scandic points on the same hotel visit.


With 14 ferry lines, Scandlines is one of the largest shipping companies in Northern Europe. We work with Scandlines on marketing and sales activities.


Scandic has a broad partnership with Swedish rail operator SJ, and we work together to strengthen our brands. Scandic and SJ carry out joint sales and marketing activities.

Stena Line

Stena Line is an international cargo and travel company and one of the world's largest ferry operators. We work with Stena Line on marketing and sales activities.

Tallink Silja AB

Tallink Silja AB is the leading service company within passenger and cargo shipping in the Baltic Sea. The company offers its customers top-class sea transport and experiences. We work with Tallink Silja AB on marketing and sales activities.

Viking Line Apb

Viking Line Abp started in 1963 under the name Ålandsfärjan Ab. The company was listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange on 5 July 1995, and now has seven vessels serving Finland – Åland – Sweden and the Baltic. Their activities include travel, recreation and cargo transport. We work with Viking Line AB on marketing and sales activities.
