Claim missing partner points
Your personal data will be processed by Scandic Hotels based on that processing is necessary in order for us to fulfil our agreement with you regarding your Scandic Friends membership. in accordance with Scandic's privacy policy.
In order to receive partner points, you must have shown your partner card when you checked in. It can take up to 2 weeks before your points are visible in your partner account. If the points are still missing after 2 weeks you can report this back to us. You can claim points up to 6 months back in time, as long as you were a member of the partner program at the time of your stay.
