Our chefs take over our kitchen in the dining room and deliver appetisers filled with caviar, foie gras, tenderised Swedish beef, deep-fried cod cheeks and much more. Appetiser, main course and dessert in smaller portions. You decide yourself the order in which you wish to be served and our chefs will gladly let you know what’s best to start with.

We start with a glass of champagne and light snacks in the bar to help you wind down after your trip so you can start relaxing before sitting down to dinner. Once at the table, we put together drinks that suit the occasion and your preferences, and if you’d prefer not to drink alcohol, there are plenty of exciting options to choose from. Then you can simply browse through all the delicacies in the kitchen. Chat with our skilled chefs about all the different flavours set out.
