You keep your level for one year
To move up to the next membership level, you have to stay the required number of qualifying nights within a 12 month period. Once you have reached the new level, you will keep that level for one year, unless of course you qualify for the next level up in the meantime. You will always keep your status as a frequent guest on the 1st floor, no matter how few nights you stay with us.
We'll move you up
We will move you up to the next membership level as soon as you have stayed with us the required number of qualifying nights for that level. You will immediately be able to enjoy extra points on your stays and your new benefits. You will keep your previous membership number, which you can give when you book a hotel room or take advantage of any of the guest programme benefits. We will send you a new membership card after around three weeks.
You can be moved down
If, after one year of being upgraded, you have not stayed with us for the number of nights required to keep your membership level, you will be moved down one level. You can never be moved down more than one level in a 12 month period.
