Oslo has everything from department stores and shopping centres to flea markets and boutiques selling exclusive designer goods, handicrafts and antiques. Karl Johan and its side streets are a great place for shopping. The area of Majorstuen has an excellent mix of exclusive brands and good value fashion. Frogner and Bygdøy Allé have fun and modern homeware stores and unusual little shops. Grünerløkka is the place for young fashion and style, with clothing, handicrafts and ceramics by young Norwegian designers on offer.
