Shopping in Stockholm is great fun. You’ll find everything from the very latest trends to second-hand treasures. The established brands can be found on Biblioteksgatan and in the Sturegallerian shopping centre. For boutique fashion and vintage, head for SOFO in Södermalm. The city centre has the major department stores and shopping centres, including Gallerian, NK and Åhléns, offering a wide range of most things from homeware to clothing. Designtorget is a showcase for new, often unusual, Swedish design. It has several outlets in the city.

Stockholm is at the very forefront when it comes to fashion and design. All the international brands are represented in the stores and on passers-by. And then we have our internationally renowned Swedish brands, such as Odd Molly, Filippa K, Whyred and of course H&M. It is said that every world superstar with any sense of style has at least one pair of Swedish jeans in their wardrobe, e. g. Acne, Cheap Monday and Nudie.
