If you would like to change, cancel or check the status of an existing booking made online, please enter your details below.

Please note: Use the first part of the booking number (e.g. 7468644) plus the last name associated with this room/rooms to access your reservation . To cancel a specific room in a reservation for several rooms, please enter the complete booking number, including the hyphen and final digit (e.g. 7468644-2) plus the last name associated with this room.
