Jamie Oliver's Nordic winter menu at Scandic

Scandic has worked with top chef Jamie Oliver since 2009 and is now happy to present a completely new Nordic Winter Menu to be served in all Scandic restaurants. The long term partnership with Jamie Oliver has been a huge success for the hotel chain.

- I've always been impressed by the delicious food I've had in the Nordic countries and so I'm very proud to put this new menu together because it's been influenced by my travels to those beautiful places. The menu has loads of local, seasonal ingredients and I'm sure you'll love it. This is my third year working with the lovely people at Scandic and I continue to be inspired by them, says Jamie Oliver.

- We think Jamie and Scandic is a great match since we´re both into well-sourced, tasty food and I believe our guests have benefited from the association, says Anders Ehrling, CEO of Scandic.

- This is the third year working with Jamie Oliver and his team. The childrens´menu we set up in year one is still going strong and in year two we introduced some delicious food for meetings. I´m really looking forward to serve our guests Jamie´s new Nordic winter menu at our close to 160 hotels, summarizes Anders Ehrling.

sweet apple vinegar and shaved Swedish Västerbotten cheese
------
