Join and get rewarded straight away, when you become a member of Scandic Friends you’ll get 500 bonus points. Below you find the benefits for all our levels except the ones that are for Red Level members only. Being a member is free of charge.
Best prices for you
Members always get the best prices on our public rates and offers. It's easy to book, just enter our booking and your member prices will show. Make sure to be logged in to your profile to take part of your member prices.
10% OFF FOOD DURING THE WEEKENDS
Enjoy a nice weekend breakfast, brunch or dinner. Even if you just visit our hotels without staying you’ll get 10% off on food, Friday to Sunday. This includes our restaurants, shops, and cafés at all our destinations. Be up to 6 people in your party.
The offer cannot be combined with other deals and offer. Don’t forget to show your digital membership card or provide the staff with your membership number.
REWARD NIGHTS AND PARTIAL PAYMENT
Stay more and get to stay even longer. You can spend your points on reward nights at our hotels. How many points you need is depends on which hotel you choose. Availability of reward nights and how many points you need is regulated by our hotels and the category. If you cancel your booking the points will be returned to you. But if you use points that will expire before arrival and cancel, these points will still expire. Also, if you don’t show up the points will be spent.
On our web you can also book a reward night with a partial payment, meaning you don't need to reach the needed point amount to book a reward night.
Give away a reward night
You can always give one of your reward nights to someone else. To do so you need to call our member service, you can not book a reward night for someone else through our web our app.

VOUCHER OR POINTS
Grab a bite to eat in the restaurant during your stay or choose to earn bonus points to spend later. From Level 2 you will be rewarded with one voucher or extra bonus points for each point qualifying night you stay. Upon arrival, you get to decide if you want to be treated with a restaurant voucher or bonus points during your point qualifying stay. Your selection is for the entire stay and can not be changed during or after your stay. Please note, the restaurant voucher is not included when staying with a reward night or partial paid reward night* and that it can take up to 10 days from check out for the bonus points to enter your account.

CANCEL THE GYM CARD
From Level 3 you get access to all Scandic gyms - even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Since we can’t always offer you a changing area and a shower we recommend you to come to your training clothes/outfit.
Keep in mind when you visit our gym
- The benefit only applies to our own Scandic gyms
- The benefit is personal and is only valid for one person
- You have to check in and check out at the reception with your membership card and valid ID
- The hotel is not responsible for any members using the gym

48-HOUR ROOM GUARANTEE
This is a unique benefit for Top Level members! The 48-hour room guarantee applies when the hotel is fully booked and you book at least 48 hours in advance. Local exceptions to the 48-hour guarantee may occur during major events in the area, for more information about our exception dates, see the list below. You can book directly at the hotel or through our reservation and member service.
Some things to remember about the 48-hour room guarantee: Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking. You can only use the 48-hour guarantee for one room and only when it´s you yourself who will be staying in the room. We can´t guarantee a specific room type. The 48-hour room guarantee is not applied to when you book with Corporate and Bonus Cheque rates, but you can use a Bonus Cheque as part-payment and pay the rest separately. You can't use the 48-hour guarantee when you book a reward night.
