Please make sure that your e-mail signature follows the set standard for Scandic. Below is a layout example and directions for what fonts and sizes to use.
For technical reasons an exception from the font guidelines is made in the e-mail signature. This means it uses Calibri instead of Arial to match the default typeface of the e-mail program. If you have another default setting, please adapt the signature to this, to use only one typeface in the e-mail.
Please refrain from changing or adding more images in the e-mail signature. The one small image is chosen to keep the size of the e-mail on a low level as the image always will be sent as an attachment.
