At hotel Scandic Malmen, we can host conferences and events for up to 120 people. We can help with everything from technical solutions to dinner. We put together conferences that fulfil your requirements. All our meeting and conference venues are equipped with free WiFi. If you would like an LCD projector, CD player or TV, just let us know when you book. They are free of charge, as long as you book in advance.
Express meeting in our PULS facility!
At Scandic Malmen you can book your express meeting for up to 16 people, and the facility is ideal for presentations or reviews.
Price example: 8-16 people
2 hours: SEK 280 per person
4 hours: SEK 480 per person
What's included in an Express Meeting?
Meeting for 8-16 persons 2 or 4 hours, free WiFi and coffee break. A big-screen TV with computer outlets can be booked at no extra cost. Why not add lunch for SEK 187 per person or end your meeting with after-work drinks in one of our bars?
