Arrival: When you arrive at the hotel, you will be charged the city tax of Frankfurt of EUR 2 per night. 

Room cleaning on request: For reasons of sustainability, we as a company have decided to offer room cleaning exclusively at the request of our guests. Would you like your room to be cleaned or do you need new towels? Then simply contact reception by 11:00 in the morning.

Baby equipment: We are happy to provide you with a baby crib free of charge on request.

Balcony: Our hotel rooms do not have balconies.

Bar: Cheers! Our bar is located on the ground floor. You can find the current opening hours here.

Accessibility: Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark has 52 accessible rooms. Some of these rooms have adjustable beds. The hallways and doors in these rooms are at least 80 cm wide.

Extra comforter: Please let reception know if you need an extra comforter or pillow.

Payment: We are a cashless hotel. We accept VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, AirPlus, Union Pay and EC card payments.

Bus & public transport: Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the S-Bahn station "Ostendstraße", from which it is only 4 stops to Frankfurt Central Station. Within 5 minutes you can reach the tram stop Ostbahnhof/Honsellstraße - within 19 minutes you are also at Frankfurt Central Station.

Iron & ironing board: All rooms are equipped with an ironing board and an iron.

Airport: The nearest airport is Frankfurt Airport, which is approx. 14 km away. To get there directly, it is best to take a cab.

Breakfast: Our delicious breakfast buffet consists of many organic products and a large selection of gluten- and lactose-free products. Have you booked your overnight stay without breakfast? You are welcome to book it on site for EUR 24 per person. To our current breakfast times

Lost and found: Have you lost something? Contact us by email at hafenpark@scandichotels.com and and we will be happy to help you. We keep lost property for 6 months before we process, donate or recycle it.

Luggage storage: Please contact us if you would like us to store your luggage safely. We have a luggage room for up to 50 suitcases. 

Gym: Our gym is open for you around the clock and invites you to work out with us every day.

Towels: Please contact our reception if you require additional towels.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in hotel rooms by prior arrangement and at an extra charge of €20 per stay and per pet. We love dogs,but unfortunately we have to inform you of the following due to bad experiences in the past: Unregistered dogs may not be accepted or may be charged an additional cleaning fee of €50.Unfortunately,your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant. The exception is assistance dogs.

Internet/WLAN: We offer free W-LAN throughout the house. Please select the network "scandic_easy", open your browser and select the button "click to connect" - you can start surfing! This login is valid for 24 hours and can be repeated as often as you like. If you have any problems with your Internet access, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Climate control: You can individually adjust the climate control in your room using a control element.

Credit cards: You can pay your room or restaurant bill conveniently by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and EC cards.

Charging cable: If you have forgotten your charging cable, we offer a large selection of charging cables (available for hire at our reception).

Late check-out: You can use your room until 12 noon on the day of departure. We charge a fee of € 20 for late departures up to 4 pm. On request and subject to availability.

Living Room: The Superior Plus and Master Suite categories offer access to the exclusive Living Room with complimentary breakfast, as well as snacks and drinks in the afternoon and evening. It's open for you 06:30 am - 11 pm.

Parking: Our hotel has its own garage with 140 spaces and 10 electric charging points.
Price: EUR 2.00 per hour / EUR 30 per day

Invoicing: Do you need an invoice for your stay or would you like to change the invoice recipient? Contact us by email at hafenpark@scandichotels.com and we will be happy to help you.

Umbrellas: At the hotel we offer umbrellas for rent via Drip Drop (payment by credit card): up to 48 hours it costs EUR 2.00. Beyond that or if the umbrella is not returned, the cost is EUR 20.00.

Sauna: Our 2 saunas (a ladies' sauna and a mixed sauna) are open daily from 17:00 to 23:00 during the week and from 11:00 to 23:00 at weekends.

Room facilities: All rooms are equipped with a kettle with coffee/tea set, iron/ironing board, laptop safe, TV, mini-fridge and climate control. The minibar in the Master Suite category is refilled free of charge once on arrival.

Rooms with bathtub: Our rooms are all equipped with showers. The master suite also has a bathtub.

Connecting rooms: Some of our standard and superior rooms can be extended with a connecting door. When making your online booking, please use the comment box if you wish to reserve a connecting room.
