How do I book a bonus night for someone else?
To book a bonus night for someone other than yourself, please contact our membership service at +46-8 517 517 00, menu option 4.
I want to leave feedback about my recent stay. How do I do that?
If you wish to share any thoughts about your stay with us, we recommend contacting the hotel directly. Alternatively, you can email info@scandichotels.com and we will make sure your feedback reaches the appropriate department.
I booked my stay with/without breakfast and want to change it. How do I do that?
If you wish to change your breakfast preferences for your stay, please contact our central booking at +46-8 517 517 00, menu option 1. You can also update this on-site at the hotel.
I want to invoice my stay, how do I do that?
After you have made your booking, you can email the hotel with your booking number and billing information to request invoicing. Please note this does not guarantee your stay will be invoiced; you must wait for confirmation from the hotel. Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before arrival.
I booked a partial payment for a bonus night, but now I have enough points for a full night. What do I do?
Contact our membership service at +46-8 517 517 00, menu option 4, and we can rebook your stay.
