What’s included in a day meeting package?

Our ready-made day meeting package includes the venue, food, and drinks:

Conference facilities and basic equipment (e.g. LCD projector)
Free WiFi in meeting rooms and common areas
Coffee, tea, and water available outside the meeting rooms throughout the day
Morning Break: sliced bread, croissants, spreads, fruits, and vegetables
Conference lunch: buffet or two-course meal, includes Scandic Water, coffee and tea.
