How to book day meeting packages from 59 EUR
- Book no later than 30 November 2026.
- To qualify for the offer, the event must take place by 30 April 2027 at a Scandic hotel in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, or Poland.
- Minimum 10 participants.
- To book, please contact the your local meeting booking department by email or phone. See all contact information on each country's campaign page. Remember to include the code BACK2WORK in your enquiry.

How to book meeting room rental with 20% off
- Book no later than 30 November 2026.
- To qualify for the offer, the event must take place by 30 April 2027 at a Scandic hotel in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, or Poland.
- No minimum number of participants required.
- Use the booking module at the top of this page and enter the booking code BACK2WORK. Please note that online booking of meeting room rentals is subject to availability and the meeting room capacity at the individual hotel.
Terms & conditions
The offer applies to day delegate packages per person at hotels with meeting facilities in Norway, Denmark, Finland, or Germany as well as 20% off meeting room rental when booking online. In Sweden, the offer applies to meeting room and meeting F&B, excl. alcohol, and in Poland solely to meeting room. Book by 30 November 2026 using the code BACK2WORK. Day meeting packages can be booked by email or phone, while meeting room rental must be booked online via the booking module.
Book by 30 November 2026. The event must take place by 30 April 2027. The offer is subject to enquiry and availability. The discount is deducted from the applicable daily rate at the time of booking and applies only to new bookings made during the campaign period. The discount does not apply to negotiated rates and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Prices for day meeting packages are starting prices and may vary depending on the hotel, meeting room, and period. The day meeting package offer applies to a minimum of 10 participants. There is no minimum number of participants for meeting room rental. Online booking of meeting room rental is subject to the capacity and availability of the individual hotel.
