When changing a booking, you may change the dates, number of nights, room type, and number of guests. Changing the hotel is not permitted. Any price difference between the original booking and the new one will be paid at check‑in if the new price is higher. If the new price is lower, no refund is provided.

If the booking is not changed or cancelled before the applicable deadline, and you do not show up, you must pay for the first night. Scandic reserves the right to charge the payment card that was used to guarantee your booking.
If you leave the hotel earlier than agreed, you must pay for one additional night, in addition to the nights you have stayed at the hotel.
