It’s one of the county’s most versatile hotels for meetings and conferences and also a popular hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
Our rich history dates back to 1883. In 1940, the hotel was bombed and burned to the ground, but it was rebuilt in 1950. Since then, our hotel has grown into one of the county’s leading establishments with fantastic facilities for meetings/conferences, business trips and for holidays/leisure. Every morning we serve a large and healthy breakfast buffet to our guests. Our food, solid reputation, ideal venues and welcoming atmosphere ensure we’re a popular choice amongst guests. Relax in our lobby after a busy day with something tasty from our barception. Right next to the reception you’ll find our 24-hour shop, with a selection of light meals, snacks and drinks. The hotel collaborates with the fitness center PROGYM, where our guests can work out for free. PROGYM is a nice little walk away from the hotel. Please ask at the reception for access.
Molde is centrally located in one of Norway’s most exciting tourist destinations. Less than an hour away, you’ll find tourist attractions such as Trollstigen (The Troll’s Road) and Atlanterhavsvegen (Atlantic Ocean Road), and fantastic mountain tours both summer and winter in Isfjorden or Eikesdalen. Molde is the perfect destination for day trips in the county. We want to be the hotel of choice for anyone looking for outdoor adventures. Molde also offers a rich variety of cultural and sporting activities. The Molde International Jazz Festival and the Bjørnson festival are the major cultural attractions, but throughout the year, you’ll find a whole host of concerts, theatre performances and other cultural and sports events available.
