The hotel’s spacious meeting and conference rooms offer a unique setting for both smaller team meetings and large events and parties. Modern, high quality meeting technology and services guarantee successful events. The meeting facilities are named after the designer of the building, Eliel Saarinen, and his business partners and family.

The unique meeting facilities on the second floor are protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency and have been preserved in their original form. In the bright and cosy spaces, colours and materials blend in well with the original design. The large, original multi-pane windows offer views over the Railway Square and Ateneum Art Museum.

The unique conference and event venues Grand Ballroom and the Presidential waiting hall offer timeless elegance for unforgettable events. The beautifully refurbished high ceiling spaces are stunning. Grand Ballroom also has a lighting system that can be used to change the ambience and colour of the room.
