Hotel Scandic Hamburg Emporio has conference and function rooms on the 7th floor, with wonderful views across the whole of Hamburg. We have 10 conference rooms with air-conditioning, natural daylight and panorama windows. State-of-the-art equipment in these rooms includes LCD projectors and WiFi access. The Scandic special rate applies from participant numbers of at least 25 people. Changes to the date and number of participants can affect the price.

- Including the room rental of the main meeting room
- Standard conference technology: LCD projector with VGA/HDMI data connection, screen, flip chart, white board, presenter’s case and writing utensils
- Unlimited fair-trade coffee and tea specialities, Scandic water, various juices and seasonal fruits in the conference foyer
- Lunch buffet of chef’s choice* including Scandic water and fair-trade coffee in the restaurant “H2O”
- Coffee break in the morning and in the afternoon with chef’s choice of snacks in the conference foyer (half-day conference package can include coffee break in the morning or in the afternoon)
*at a minimum of 25 meeting guests in total in the hotel – otherwise lunch will be served as a set 3-course-menu at chef’s choice. Ask for our different lunch options.
