Broen Bar has a new look after having undergone a comprehensive upgrade in 2018. We still serve tasty dishes from our open kitchen – classics and new dishes that vary depending on the season. Whether you would like to have lunch, a delicious dinner or a nice drink, we welcome you to enjoy our calm and comfortable surroundings. We have a wide selection of cocktails, wine and both local and international beers.
Right next to Broen Bar, you’ll find Broen Restaurant and our private room Chambre Séparée for up to 80 people. Contact our hotel if you would like to rent this room.
Sunday brunch at Broen Bar & Restaurant
Our brunch is for anyone who enjoys a lie in, or who is looking for an early lunch. Here, we have gathered several highlights from Nidelven’s kitchen, but made on a smaller scale, and we now offer guests a delicious Sunday brunch made with love. Our buffet focuses on different varieties of cured meats from near and far, cut using our beautiful Berkel cutting machine.
Fish n’ chips and pasta bolognese are permanent dishes on our menu, and there is also a third hot dish made by our creative chefs depending on the ingredients available. All our trimmings also vary depending on the season. All our desserts are made in our own patisserie, and we also offer guests a cake buffet based on classic recipes. Local and international cheeses with all the trimmings are always available at our buffet. If you need any dishes to be modified due to food intolerances or other needs, we offer alternatives upon request.
