Scandic Academy makes learning accessible for everyone, via digital content, classroom trainings and toolkits for team exercises and knowledge sharing.

We have great leadership trainings based on our Scandic Leadership Compass, our values and guiding leadership principles: Build Trust, Inspire, Collaborate and Empower. We strongly believe that learning is a daily process that happens in close collaboration between team members and leaders, and the compass helps the leaders show the way.
Scandic’s annual Talent Program is designed to identify and develop high-potential team members. Every year we graduate up to thirty individuals to give them the best possible growing grounds to a fun and rewarding career within Scandic. The Talent Program spans over one year and consists of exciting and challenging tasks, where our talents also get the opportunity to build a great network within Scandic.
