Booking made easy

Corporate Direct is available through Scandic’s website, app, customer service, or directly at hotels. Payments are made online or at the hotel – invoicing is not available.

Rate types:

  • Full Flex can be changed or canceled until 18:00 local time on the day of arrival.
  • Change rate includes free rebooking but cannot be refunded or canceled.
  • Best Price rate cannot be changed or refundable if canceled.
