Room cleaning on request: For reasons of sustainability, we as a company have decided to offer room cleaning exclusively at the request of our guests. Would you like your room to be cleaned or do you need new towels? Then simply contact reception by 11:00 in the morning.

Baby equipment: We are happy to provide you with a baby crib free of charge on request.

Balcony: Our hotel rooms do not have balconies.

Bar: Cheers! Our bar is located on the ground floor. You can find the current opening hours here.

Accessibility: Our hotel has 25 barrier-free rooms. Of these, 4 are equipped in accordance with the DIN standard. The corridor and the door in these rooms are at least 80 cm wide.

Extra comforter: Please let reception know if you need an extra comforter or pillow.

Payment: We are a cashless hotel. We accept VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, AirPlus, Union Pay and EC card payments.

Bus & public transport: Within a minute's walk you can reach the bus and tram stop "Schlüsselbergstraße", from where you can reach Munich Central Station and the city center within 25 minutes.

Iron & ironing board: All rooms are equipped with an ironing board and an iron.

Airport: The nearest airport is Munich Airport, which is approx. 33 km away. To get there directly, it is best to take a cab.

Breakfast: Our delicious breakfast buffet consists of many organic products and a large selection of gluten- and lactose-free products. Have you booked your overnight stay without breakfast? You are welcome to book it on site for EUR 23 per person. To our current breakfast times

Lost & found: Are you missing something? Contact us by email at macherei@scandichotels.com and we will be happy to help you. We keep lost property for 6 months before we process, donate or recycle it.

Luggage storage: Please contact us if you would like us to store your luggage safely. We have a luggage room.

Gym: Our gym is open for you around the clock and invites you to work out with us every day.

Towels: Please contact our reception if you require additional towels.

Parking: 80 of 800 public underground parking spaces in the city quarter Macherei are located directly at the hotel. There are 4 e-charging stations in the entire quarter underground parking. Parking spaces cannot be reserved. You can park for 2,50 EUR per hour or 30 EUR per 24 hours.

Smoking rooms: There are no smoking rooms in our hotel. Smoking is possible on our terraces and in front of the hotel.

Invoicing: Do you need an invoice for your stay or do you wish to change the invoice recipient? Contact us by email at macherei@scandichotels.com and we will be happy to help you.

Umbrellas: We offer umbrellas for hire at the hotel. You can pick them up at reception.

Reception: Our reception is at your disposal at all times.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in hotel rooms by prior arrangement and at an extra charge of €20 per stay and per pet. We love dogs, but unfortunately have to inform you of the following due to bad experiences in the past: Unregistered dogs may not be accepted or may be charged an additional cleaning fee of €50.00. Unfortunately, your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant or bar. Assistance dogs are allowed everywhere in the hotel free of charge. 

Internet/WLAN: We offer free W-LAN throughout the house. Please select the network "scandic_easy", open your browser and select the button "click to connect" - you can start surfing! This login is valid for 24 hours and can be repeated as often as you like. If you have any problems with your Internet access, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Climate control: Each room has a climate control system that you can set manually in the room.

Credit cards: You can pay your room or restaurant bill conveniently by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and EC cards.

Charging cable: We have charging cables which you can rent at reception for a deposit of EUR 20.

Late check-out: You can use your room until 12 noon on the day of departure. We charge a fee of € 25 for late departures up to 4 pm. On request and subject to availability.

Rooms with bathtub: Our hotel does not have any rooms with a bathtub. All rooms are equipped with a shower.
