Orjan Johannessen, the previous gold winner of Bocuse d’Or, the unofficial world championship in cooking, is responsible as our Chef Advisor. Together with our Head Chef Tore Espenes and our skilful team of chefs, he aims to give you exceptional food experiences.
The Chef’s Table
If you want a social, yet intimate food and wine experience right alongside the chefs and their craft, we recommend booking our 'Chef’s Table'. Here you’ll enjoy showmanship and good service, combined with a varied taste menu and excellent wine pairing. This is the perfect social setting if you and your friends want to experience that little extra something around food and wine.
The Chef’s Table consists of 2 tables with space for up to 6 people per table. You can book as many seats as you want for up to 12 people.
