Recipe - Crispbread
Making crispbread is easier than you think.
Homemade crispbread - crunching great!
This recipe gives you tasty and crunchy crispbread. You choose the healthy ingredients you prefer and your favourites among seeds and grains. You decide how thick you’d like your crackers to be, but remember, the thinner they are, the more crispy they become.

- 4 dl oatmeal
- 4 dl coarse flour
- 4 dl seeds
- 6 dl water
- 3 tablespoons salt
1. Boil water and add all the ingredients
2. Stir to a firm paste and roll out in a baking tray covered with baking paper
3. To get a smooth and thin surface of the paste, drip a spatula into the water to make the work easier.
4. Bake at 170C for about 40 minutes until you have a crispy and golden surface
