Chia pudding with coconut milk and fresh berries
Sometimes all you need are 3 chords to write a good pop song (just ask The Beatles). And that’s all you need to make a fantastic chia pudding with a few, carefully selected ingredients. Blend them together the night before and wake up to beautiful music in the morning.
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 200 g chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- Fresh berries
- Coconut flakes
Prepare as follows:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
