Chia pudding with coconut milk and fresh berries

Sometimes all you need are 3 chords to write a good pop song (just ask The Beatles). And that’s all you need to make a fantastic chia pudding with a few, carefully selected ingredients. Blend them together the night before and wake up to beautiful music in the morning.



Ingredients (4 portions)

  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder
  • Fresh berries
  • Coconut flakes

Prepare as follows:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
