Oat porridge à la apple pie
Raise your oat porridge to new heights. A little cinnamon roasted porridge oats and homemade apple sauce is all you need.
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 450 g porridge oats
- 400 ml water
- 150 ml milk
Sauce
- 200 g apple, diced
- 50 g sugar
- 50 ml water
Topping
- 125 g porridge oats
- Cinnamon
- Butter
Prepare as follows:
- Boil apples, sugar and water to make a sauce.
- Roast 125 g porridge oats in a little butter until the grains are golden, spice with cinnamon.
- Boil 150 ml porridge oats, water and milk to the desired consistency.
- Serve with apple sauce and oat flakes
