Overnight oats with cardamom and berries
As easy as a good overnight porridge topped with the forest’s own goodies.
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 150 g porridge oats
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 100 g raspberry/blueberry jam or 100 g raspberries and 100 g blueberries, sweeten to taste
- 50 g frozen blueberries
- 50 g frozen raspberries
Prepare as follows:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Divide into bowls and allow to cool overnight.
- Top with frozen berries before serving.
