Overnight oats with cardamom and berries

As easy as a good overnight porridge topped with the forest’s own goodies.

Ingredients (4 portions)

  • 150 g porridge oats
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 100 g raspberry/blueberry jam or 100 g raspberries and 100 g blueberries, sweeten to taste


  • 50 g frozen blueberries
  • 50 g frozen raspberries

Prepare as follows:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Divide into bowls and allow to cool overnight.
  3. Top with frozen berries before serving.
