Overnight oats with chia seeds and lime
Try this energiser for breakfast next time. Prepare the night before and add the topping in the morning. Voilà - a luxury weekday breakfast in portions!
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 125 g porridge oats
- 125 ml almond milk
- 125 ml natural yoghurt
- 1/2 g chia seeds
- Peel and juice from 1 lime
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- Peel from 1 lime
Prepare as follows:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Divide into small bowls, leave to cool overnight.
- Top with lime peel and honey before serving.
