Overnight oats with chia seeds and lime

Try this energiser for breakfast next time. Prepare the night before and add the topping in the morning. Voilà - a luxury weekday breakfast in portions!



Ingredients (4 portions)

  • 125 g porridge oats
  • 125 ml almond milk
  • 125 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 g chia seeds
  • Peel and juice from 1 lime

Topping

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey 
  • Peel from 1 lime

Prepare as follows:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Divide into small bowls, leave to cool overnight.
  3. Top with lime peel and honey before serving.
