Overnight oats with raspberries and vanilla
A good porridge stands on its own. Like this one. Mix, allow to rest overnight and start your day with a bolt of energy, aka vanilla, berries and steel cut oats.
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 300 g steel cut oats
- 400 ml vanilla yoghurt
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g frozen berries, such as raspberries or blueberries
Prepare as follows:
- Mix all the ingredients together and divide into individual moulds.
- Spread the berries, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
There are endless variations of porridge, with different grains, new combinations and delicious toppings.
