Overnight oats with raspberries and vanilla

A good porridge stands on its own. Like this one. Mix, allow to rest overnight and start your day with a bolt of energy, aka vanilla, berries and steel cut oats.

Ingredients (4 portions)

  • 300 g steel cut oats
  • 400 ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • 100 g frozen berries, such as raspberries or blueberries

Prepare as follows:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and divide into individual moulds.
  2. Spread the berries, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
