Semolina porridge with beetroot and cocoa nibs

Ideal for Instagram and outrageously delicious. Perfect to serve to anyone who needs a little pampering to start the day.

Ingredients (4 portions)

  • 125 g semolina
  • 150 ml blackcurrant juice
  • 250 ml beetroot juice
  • 325 ml oat milk


  • Pistachio nuts
  • Yoghurt
  • Cocoa nibs

Prepare as follows:

  1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil while stirring for roughly 5-10 minutes.
  2. Top with nuts, yoghurt and nibs.
