Semolina porridge with beetroot and cocoa nibs
Ideal for Instagram and outrageously delicious. Perfect to serve to anyone who needs a little pampering to start the day.
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 125 g semolina
- 150 ml blackcurrant juice
- 250 ml beetroot juice
- 325 ml oat milk
Topping
- Pistachio nuts
- Yoghurt
- Cocoa nibs
Prepare as follows:
- Bring all the ingredients to a boil while stirring for roughly 5-10 minutes.
- Top with nuts, yoghurt and nibs.
