Wholemeal (Graham) porridge with raspberries and bananas
Have you tried mixing wholemeal with oats? If you haven’t, it’s time you did. In this recipe, you’ll also add raspberries and banana during the cooking. Bon apetit!
Ingredients (4 portions)
- 800 ml oat milk
- 200 g wholemeal
- 475 g porridge oats
- 150 g raspberries
- 100 g banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
Prepare as follows:
- Boil the oat milk, honey and salt together with raspberries and banana (save a little fruit for garnish).
- Add wholemeal and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add porridge oats and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with raspberries and banana.
