The agreement runs from registration when the terms are digitally accepted until terminated. The agreement is valid for up to 5 years. The agreement can be terminated by either party with at least three (3) months' notice. The termination must be in writing.

The agreed discounts apply to individual travelers and are automatically linked to Scandic's FLEX prices, which are controlled by supply and demand and can change daily. Scandic has the right to limit the number of rooms available at the agreed discount. The discount applies to the total room price for all room categories. A maximum of 20 rooms can be booked at the agreement price in a single booking, subject to availability. Prices include breakfast.
In addition to accommodation, the agreement also includes meeting packages in the following countries as mentioned in section 2 (minimum 10 persons):

The agreement prices are based on an annual total purchase of a minimum of 50 room nights and/or NOK 50,000 excluding VAT. If the total volume after six (6) months of the agreement period does not exceed 45 percent of the above volume, Scandic has the right to discuss joint measures with the Customer to achieve the agreement volume or to reduce the discount.
The customer's customer number must be provided in connection with the booking for the agreement prices to apply. Booking can be made in one of the following ways:
Agreement prices and/or discounts agreed between the Customer and Scandic are not eligible for commission for the travel agency. For travel agency bookings, it is assumed that the agreement price and/or discount will apply, provided that there is an agreement on compensation between the Customer and the travel agency, and that the compensation is settled directly between the Customer and the travel agency.
Cancellation rules for individual accommodation (1-9 rooms) are available on Scandic's websites. Reservation Terms | Scandic Hotels. For groups, there are separate cancellation rules (10-20 rooms in a single booking), which the respective hotel confirms upon booking.
Payment must be made with a credit card or a travel agency voucher accepted by Scandic (Norway also accepts cash). Any invoicing must be agreed upon by the respective hotel in connection with the reservation, and the confirmation of this must be issued to the relevant hotel by the Customer in writing and in advance. In some countries, a minimum amount per invoice is required. Payment terms are described below.

Invoicing rules and penalty interest vary from country to country. Penalty interest will be charged after the due date.
The customer undertakes to inform all affected departments and any subsidiaries immediately after the agreement is signed, and further undertakes to provide Scandic with a list of relevant contact persons. Scandic undertakes to then contact the relevant contact persons in the customer's various departments and/or subsidiaries as soon as possible to provide further information about this agreement. Statistics on room nights and income volume are provided to the customer by Scandic on request. The customer and Scandic shall keep this agreement confidential and not make any part of it available to third parties. The industry rules for individual hotel stays in the respective Nordic countries apply in connection with this agreement. For hotels outside the Nordic region, each hotel shall confirm which rules apply upon request.
Neither party assumes responsibility for incomplete or delayed fulfillment of the obligations in this agreement (1) if and to the extent the incompleteness or delay directly or indirectly is due to fire, flood, natural disaster, lockout, blockade, acts of war, terrorism, riots, or similar extraordinary events reasonably beyond the control of the parties, (2) provided that the party that has not fulfilled the obligations is without fault and the incompleteness or delay could not have been avoided with reasonable precautions.
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes under this agreement should first be sought to be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, any dispute will be handled in accordance with the rules of dispute law. Normally, a dispute related to hotel stays will either have to take place in the judicial district where the hotel is located or in the judicial district where the guest resides.
