Terms and conditions
Registered Scandic Friends members will earn double points per qualifying stay during the promotion period. A qualifying stay is defined as a minimum of one (1) night booked at a qualifying rate through Scandic’s official channels (website, app, call center, or directly with the hotel). Bookings made through third parties (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) do not qualify. Stays completed before registration or outside the promotion period are not eligible. Registration may only be completed once per member.

Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. Scandic Friends members must register to participate. The registration must be done before the stay.
If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
No, this offer is valid only for new bookings made between February 27 and March 31, 2026.
If I check in before 1 March or check out after 31 May 2026, do I still earn double points for that stay?
Yes. All eligible nights that fall between 1 March and 31 May 2026 earn double points. If your stay starts before the promotion period, only the nights from 1 March onward qualify; if your stay continues into June, only the nights up to and including 31 May qualify.
Example: If your stay is from 29 May to 2 June, you will receive double points for the period 29–31 May (i.e. 2 nights). If you have stay from May 31 to June 1, you will not receive double points.
When will the double points be added to my Scandic Friends account?
The points will appear in your Scandic Friends account after your stay is completed. If you do not see them right after check-out, please allow a few days before contacting us.
I already completed the stay in March but did not activate the campaign. Can I still get double points?
Unfortunately not. As stated in the Terms and Conditions, the promotion has to be activated before the check-out from your stay.
Can I register for other promotions if I register for this one?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other promotions, you can register for multiple promotions at the same time.
