Our Executive Meeting Floor was originally designed by Anton Rosen, an internationally respected pioneer in Danish art nouveau. It has now been renovated to create the perfect setting for engaging meetings with passionate people.

Interior and design

Copenhagen’s new Executive Meeting Floor is tailored for meetings that make history. Here, state-of-the-art technology meets elegant design to create an inspired environment that provides comfort and stimulates engagement.

Feel the special atmosphere, the supreme comfort of our seating, pleasant lighting and great sound from Bose speakers and Apple TV in all of our conference rooms. Of course, we also offer free WiFi all over the hotel.

Food and drinks

Our kitchen strives to create menus that pamper and delight guests. For example, they take care to select organic pork from free-range swine raised at Knuthenlund on Lolland, or lamb from a farm near the Wadden Sea along the west coast of Jutland. Even our coffee is made from roasted coffee beans that are cultivated to meet sustainable and organic certification. Our food is prepared from scratch and served on Broste Copenhagen settings to create a memorable culinary experience, and inspire our guests with sublime results.

Meeting room: Flora 1

Our biggest conference room, Flora 1, is flexible and accommodates 50 people. It is particularly well-suited for larger board meetings, presentations, panel discussions and smaller general meetings. Feel the special atmosphere, the supreme comfort of our seating and the pleasant lighting in Flora 1.

Bose sound and Apple TV systems ensure full fidelity and stimulate audience engagement. Another plus is the expansive view of City Hall you can see while sitting in the Walter Knolls Lead Chair, which is specially designed for superior comfort.

Meeting room: Flora 2

Flora 2 accommodate 14 people. It is equipped with video conferencing capabilities. The rooms are appointed with Bose sound, Apple TV, ClickShare wireless projectors, Nespresso coffee machine, cooler for cold drinks and a wonderful view of City Hall.

Flora 2 is ideal for board of directors meetings as well other meetings that require discretion and confidentiality.

Mødelokale: Flora 3

Flora 3, like Flora 2, holds up to 14 people. It is also outfitted with video conferencing capabilities, Bose sound, Apple TV, ClickShare wireless projectors, Nespresso coffee machine, cooler for cold drinks and a beautiful view.

We recommend Flora 3 for board of directors meetings as well other executive meetings that require discretion and confidentiality.
